When will I be charged for my preorder? Can I cancel my preorder?
You will not be charged until the item is ready to ship. This gives you flexibility while reserving your item in advance. You can cancel your preorder at any time before the item ships. There are no fees for canceling a preorder.
What types of plants are compatible with the LeafyPod Smart Planter?
LeafyPod is designed for a wide range of indoor plants. The companion app provides care information for over 100 popular houseplants, and we will continue adding more.
How does the LeafyPod Smart Planter's drainage system work, and is it easy to clean?
The planter has a built-in drainage system that filters excess water into a reservoir. The filter is easy to remove and clean, and the app will notify you when it’s time to replace it. The soil pot, filter holder, and reservoir are all designed to be disassembled for easy cleaning.
What is the battery life of the LeafyPod Smart Planter, and how often does it need to be charged?
The LeafyPod Planter’s battery lasts for over 3 months on a single charge, allowing you to place it anywhere without worrying about frequent recharging.
How often should the filter be replaced?
Depending on the plant type, we recommend replacing it every 3 to 6 months.
Do the planters come with an integrated grow light?
The LeafyPod Planter does not currently include an integrated grow light. However, its advanced sensors monitor key environmental factors, including light levels, and send notifications through the app if your plant needs more or less light. A compatible grow light accessory is planned for release in the future, providing even more support for your plants' needs.
Is LeafyPod compatible with smart home systems like Alexa, Google Home, or Apple HomeKit?
At this time, LeafyPod does not integrate directly with smart home systems. We are actively exploring this functionality for future product updates.
